Sept. 20th Park(ing) day!
Park(ing) day is a global (& local), public, participatory project where people across the world temporarily repurpose curbside parking spaces and convert them into public parks and social spaces to advocate for safer, greener, and more equitable streets for people. In Milwaukee, a handful of us will be setting up on East Center Street in Riverwest to create a space for community connections from 9 am. to 4 pm.
